Le Pôle Infos Seniors Marseille Centre organise une réunion d'information le jeudi 12 décembre à 14h  dans ses locaux au 64 rue longue des capucins 13001 Marseille.

 

Le thème de cette réunion sera   « Convergence et complémentarité des dispositifs d’appui, d’information, d’orientation et de coordination de la gérontologie » avec la présence de l’équipe PTA (plateforme territoriale d’appui), la pilote MAIA, les Pôles Infos seniors marseillais, les Maisons du Bel âge et les Réseaux de Santé Gériatrique.

Saisissez cette opportunité de clarifier le rôle de chacun de ses dispositifs dans le but de « mieux connaitre pour mieux accompagner » les seniors !

 

Cette réunion est ouverte aux acteurs du secteur sanitaire, médical et médico-social.
